OSHA - Overhead Crane (SP586)


Description
This is an OSHA-compliant, I-CAB recognized safety training course intended for overhead crane operators. Topics covered in this training include anatomy, rigging, know your crane, and know your worksite. This course meets the classroom requirement for occupational safety training. It also includes a proficiency checklist that employers can use to perform a practical evaluation. Upon completion, trainees will be able to download and print a certificate or wallet card to show that they have completed Overhead Crane training.

NOTE: Only an employer can designate an employee as certified. Certification requirements can vary by state or province. Check local standards for any additional occupational training requirements.
